Therapy in San Mateo, CA - Sara Ouimette, LMFT - Oakland, CA

Welcome!

There are times in life when everything shifts—when grief breaks open the heart, when your inner world stirs with spiritual awakening, or when your old sense of self no longer fits. These thresholds, though painful, often hold the key to profound healing and transformation.

I’m Sara Ouimette, a licensed psychotherapist in Oakland, CA. I specialize in spiritual depth therapy for individuals who feel deeply, question deeply, and long to grow beyond old patterns. Whether you're navigating trauma, cannabis use, or psychedelic integration, I offer a grounded space to explore what’s unfolding within you.

In therapy, we can trace the symbolic threads of your life, gently bring what’s hidden into the light, and help you move toward a more meaningful and integrated existence.
